About Us

Aureate Solutions, LLC started as a series of small passion projects for founder, Janeale Gottlieb-George, and has grown into an opportunity to provide targeted consulting support to individuals, families, schools, and organizations throughout her communities. 

With well over a decade of undergraduate enrollment management work and 5 years directing a federal U.S. Department of Education grant program, Janeale has honed her expertise in these areas into developing a vision for Aureate Solutions, LLC. We help fill the gap that exists for underrepresented students by supporting people and organizations that support them. Many schools and youth programs lack full-time personnel, resources, and/or funding to devote to year-round counseling services, community outreach, college readiness technology or grant writing. Aureate Solutions, LLC exists to help fulfill those needs.

Aureate Solutions, LLC recognizes the current challenges that face many students as trends in higher education equity and access continue to shift. We believe in the importance of adapting to these trends and curating processes that reflect 'best practices' in education as a capitalistic industry. As students approach their educational pursuits in new and innovative ways, so too should any organization or institution attempting to serve them.

Janeale has assisted hundreds of students and partnered with dozens of schools/organizations to scale and prioritize their needs into attainable goals for success. She holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and has worked with several nonprofit organizations in Washington DC including DC’s Coalition of Education Services (DCCES) and the Mid-Eastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel (MEAEOPP). With these experiences in mind, she is able to draw upon a wide-ranging network of peers, be a strategic thought-partner, and meet a unique variety of needs that include basic graphic/web design services, curriculum training and acquisition of grant funding.
